I got my gift on valentine’s eve
It was a real surprise I received

Short for tortoise he thinks
They were the sweetest little things
To represent me and him
I got him a ring and
Attacehed it to my hand made card with a string
It wasn’t just valentine’s day
Its our 2nd anniverssary
2yrs together
with so much tears and laughter
Hand in hand we venture
Into the unknown future
CNY back in my home town Muar, was great of cos wit ang paus n mahjong n lots 2eat… reunion dinner was not so traditional this year as our family keeps growing n its pack 2 seat all in 2 tables so we had reunion dinner buffet style in the living room. food was also not so traditional, wit a fusion of Italian n Chinese meals…
there was the ‘Lou Sang’ ceremony n fireworks display at night, thanks 2 really rich nieghbours which didnt mind blowing up their money, dunno where they get so much money for so much fireworks fit for Merdeka Day celebrations…
now, its Chap Goh Meh, last day of CNY…. so fast….
