ARGH!!!!
the PTPTN officers that came 2 MMU Cyberjaya today was not only unhelpful…. 2 of them were like total @$$holes!!! well we know we are students… we ask u a question nicely but u treat us like sh!t and answer us so rudely without any respect. we had the correct person 2 certify our documents but because of some stupid typing error on ur copy u make us run around the whole campus 2 get some1 else to certify our documents. u waste our time n in the end u say we waste ur time. i’m so damn pissed off that i would really like 2 mention ur name here but i’m sensible enuf not 2 do so…
